omni: add possibility to opt out of new version string with time for home builds it is anoying that this will trigger regenerate of mk files so you can opt out by settings env variable export ROM_BUILDTIME_WITH_TIME=n Change-Id: I1849e4fde05f72e9d61211076bf7c9f96d67097c
