Temporary hack to allow evaluation of automated test harness with MP images.

* Enable dutflaga/b GPIO export on Alex.

* (Temporary) Use a corp workstation as mock server address.

BUG=chromium-os:25397
TEST=Normal update behavior not affected; test scenario update on
x86-alex works against specified workstation.
