Make keystore2 unit tests less brittle - Don't specify a BlockMode for RSA operations. - Don't set ATTESTATION_APPLICATION_ID from the client; keystore will fill this in itself whenever an ATTESTATION_CHALLENGE is present. - Rename `has_trusty_keymint` to `has_default_keymint`, as it has nothing to do with Trusty. - Allow wider ranges of error codes.
