Add IMemoryToken and the HidlMemoryToken
The IMemoryToken is an interface which composes shared memory.
It provides a get() method, which returns an instance of hidl_memory
that always refer to the same memory.
The HidlMemoryToken is an implementation of the IMemoryToken.
