Add SeamendcHostTest to selinux.cpp TEST_MAPPING SeamendcHostTest should run when making changes to selinux.cpp, to ensure the test logic is updated to match the logic selinux.cpp follows when it decides to compile the SELinux policy in the OpenSplitPolicy method.
