libprocessgroup: Remove getAttributePathForTask getAttributePathForTask has always directly called CgroupGetAttributePathForTask, and there is no reason for callers not to use CgroupGetAttributePathForTask. Change-Id: Id1533fc0d9ecec96dacb5ebf0f32b799660fbf88
