logd: replace stats.add+stats.subtract with stats.addTotal
Replace stats.add(elem) + stats.subtract(elem) with a new more
efficient method stats.addTotal(elem).
Test: gTest liblog-unit-test, logd-unit-tests and logcat-unit-tests
