add logging to Telecom for dsds no call pref bug moving the log line down so that the NEW accountHandle we are setting in setUserSelectedAccountHandle is outputted. This will now output when we set the value to NULL. bug: 204226202 Test: none Change-Id: I3d06b3c3c01d71ac5d12bb9fa72058c708fff645
