pvmfw: Delay UART & PT reset until jump_to_payload Refactor the boot path to prepare for the jump to an EFI payload, which will require leaving the MMU (with dynamic PTs) on and UART shared. Note: No functional change intended. Test: m pvmfw_bin Change-Id: If5021be9ccfb1dcbb3e0283e18dfb21993e0eb8d
