TerminalApp: Remove onDestroy() from ApplicationLifecycleObserver This CL removes onDestroy() from ApplicationLifecycleObserver, since it will never be called. Bug: b/392791968 Test: Verify onDestroy() function is not called when APP exits Change-Id: I9b42883ed9642d6e1c78dfff6039e710b9bb41e7
