Some UI change to the terminal app

* remove copy ip address action as the ip is static
* remove the stop vm action as it can be done by killing the terminal
  app task
* add icon for the settings action (downloaded from
  fonts.google.com/icon)
* Use widgets from Material Design Components (MDC)

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF)

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF) provides secure and private execution environments for executing code. AVF is ideal for security-oriented use cases that require stronger isolation assurances over those offered by Android’s app sandbox.
