Change the condition in prepareTestSetup

Now the classes are always present on the BCP, so change the condition
to check for the presence of the FEATURE_VIRTUALIZATION_FRAMEWORK system
feature.

Virtualization

This repository contains userspace services related to running virtual machines on Android, especially protected virtual machines. See the getting started documentation and Microdroid README for more information.
