microdroid: add missing lib(heapprofd_client_api.so)
heapprofd_client_api.so should be provided by system and used by
com.android.art apex. Even if "art" apex is not included in microdroid,
microdroid should provide it so that "art" apex can be added when
launching microdroid VM instance.
