Timeout for VM start

This prevent the terminal from hanging forever when it somehow fails to
connect to the VM.

Test: relace the timeout value to a small number (2 sec), and observe
that the error activity pops up.

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF)

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF) provides secure and private execution environments for executing code. AVF is ideal for security-oriented use cases that require stronger isolation assurances over those offered by Android’s app sandbox.
