Revert "Drop prebuilt files to android source tree."

This reverts commit 3edb19f38af6e5893358ac6679096547ee6142ab.

Revert to a previous build of pvmfw, which didn't expose a bug in
microdroid_bootloader, to avoid preventing pVMs from booting, as caused
by that bug.

Test: reverts to a previous working state
