do not use screen with the latest webview, websocket isn't closed in the background, so we don't need to use screen to keep session. we might need to revisit this if the issue happens again Bug: 363900914 Test: launch app, go to the launcher, wait and then resume the app Change-Id: If3943aa712ab7febd89d19e831887dbdfc97117d
