Revert^4 "Add golden device tree test for backwards compatibility check"

This reverts commit 73d70253f377b5182deacd2328d5aca106e0dbba.

Reason for revert: Fixed test - added option to disable PMU

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF)

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF) provides secure and private execution environments for executing code. AVF is ideal for security-oriented use cases that require stronger isolation assurances over those offered by Android’s app sandbox.
