Remove experiment check

It's purpose has been served. We still only run if KVM is enabled, and
the CompOS APEX is present, which is a fairly small population for
now.

Virtualization

This repository contains userspace services related to running virtual machines on Android, especially protected virtual machines. See the getting started documentation and Microdroid README for more information.
