Trusty test_vm

The Trusty test_vm ought to include the test TAs for different test types:

• Trusty kernel OS test
• Trusty IPC tests
• Trusty user-space tests for service TAs (DT tree for example)
• and most importantly the VTS tests TA for the trusted HALs.
