Revert "Add preparing custom pvmfw for hostside test"

This reverts commit 72f992ed555e2d1accd0f01c91be07857bdf1fea.

Reason for revert: Nobody seems to use this because nobody reports broken feature. I'll submit relevant tests instead of letting developers to run manual tests.
