Merge changes from topics "avf-sys-feature", "move-avf-jar-to-bcp", "virt-apex-on-system"

* changes:
  Remove uses-library
  Change the condition in prepareTestSetup
  Move AVF jar to BCP and rename it to framework-virtualization
