Remove dexpreopt files of service-compos from /system's artifact list

These files will be installed in /system_ext. This behavior is guarded
by RELEASE_INSTALL_APEX_SYSTEMSERVER_DEXPREOPT_SAME_PARTITION.

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF)

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF) provides secure and private execution environments for executing code. AVF is ideal for security-oriented use cases that require stronger isolation assurances over those offered by Android’s app sandbox.
