Remove botoconfig from MicrodroidData

The bootconfig is loaded and verified by u-boot, so u-boot is
responsible using it as a DICE input.

Test: atest MicrodroidTests

Virtualization

This repository contains userspace services related to running virtual machines on Android, especially protected virtual machines. See the getting started documentation and Microdroid README for more information.
