Sync condition of microdroid_vbmeta with microdroid_super Since conditions_default was opposite between microdroid_super and microdroid_vbmeta, microdroid_vbmeta contains different information from microdroid_super. Additionally, since microdroid_vbmeta contains different information, microdroid_vbmeta image after re-signing using sign_virt_apex was different from before.
