[dice] Migrate from DICE_COSE_KEY_ALG_VALUE to VM_KEY_ALGORITHM

As the field DICE_COSE_KEY_ALG_VALUE has been removed with the
support of multi-alg version of open-dice.

Going forward, VM_KEY_ALGORITHM will be used as the key
algorithm within different components in VMs.

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF)

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF) provides secure and private execution environments for executing code. AVF is ideal for security-oriented use cases that require stronger isolation assurances over those offered by Android’s app sandbox.
