Use stable shims in service-connectivity service-connectivity should not be using "current" shims, but should be using stable (T API at this point) shims. Usage of the "current" shims was added as a workaround to allow referencing T APIs, but is not necessary anymore. Bug: 217129444 Test: m Change-Id: Idde662fe404e32c8521d7bd03906b95245af46ee
