Disable a test that fails for an unknown reason It works when tested on the actual device, and on some versions of the platform. Until we know what's wrong with resource loading when running under the test harness, we need to disable this test. Change-Id: I2d7ed9db940b9b73739de8325665bdafb6af58cb
