Make the arrobase sign a space stripper. Gestures offer much more opportunity to enter e-mail user names, so this should now be the dominant use case for arrobase use. In this use case, the arrobase sign should be a space stripper. Bug: 7164981 Change-Id: I736ac56dab81cd2c97275ec80dbb0ec0bc159006
