Crash occurs when entering a Bluetooth broadcast password BT crashes when entering a password longer than 16 characters. Limit the password length to 16 characters. Fixes: 292053940 Test: Manual Change-Id: I1ed2cfc33c3b0dbdcf2a9c865b748b6376bce1bc
