Rename OverviewProxyService to LauncherProxyService - OverviewProxyService is a shared service to send information from SysUI to Launcher, only 1 method `onOverviewShown` is related to Overview, renaming this service to better reflect the nature to avoid bugs misrouted to Overview component.
