Reason for revert: Reland CL with fix

Original message:
Inflate TaskThumbnailViewDeprecated as TaskContentView

If the enableRefactorTaskThumbnail is false, then inflate
TaskThumbnailViewDeprecated as TaskContentView so that the behaviour
matches the previous pre-factor behaviour
