General string scrub to bring to standards,
(punctuation, capitalization, wording, etc.)
I need reviewers to advise on use of periods:
No period is used for setting summaries,
dialog box titles, column headings.
Periods are used for message text, status
bar messages, full-screen messages ("No favorites.")
For some of the strings I can't tell the
exact context.
