WiFiHAL: Sync with wpa_supplicant src/common/qca-vendor.h
This brings in changes as of 2017-2-23. And removes duplicates
from vendor_definitions.h.
Added New enum value for NUD_STATS specific get/set SUB_COMMAND
and ATTRIBUTES.
