Apply clang-format to Bluetooth related HAL code

- cp system/bt/.clang-format hardware/interfaces/bluetooth/
- modify hardware/interfaces/bluetooth/.clang-format to match context
- find . -type f \( -iname \*.cpp -o -iname \*.h -o -iname \*.cc \) | xargs clang-format --style=file -i
