DynamicCamera: Add new hidl interface ICameraInjectionSession for injection camera - The interface is inherited from ICameraDeviceSession 3.7. - Adding configureInjectionStreams() function can send the stream configuration of the previous camera and other required information (such as the source of the time stamp of the previous camera and the last time stamp, etc) to the dynamic camera HAL.
