audio: Add presentation and latency control to IStreamOut
Add the following methods to IStreamOut:
- get/setAudioDescriptionMixLevel;
- get/setDualMonoMode;
- getRecommendedLatencyModes/setLatencyMode;
- get/setPlaybackRateParameters;
- selectPresentation.
Add IStreamOutEventCallback interface for async notifications
of the client about playback-related events. This callback
can be provided to IModule.openOutputStream.
