Add VTS tests for the untested legacy STA iface methods. All of these methods have existed since V1 of the Supplicant AIDL interface. Bug: 386810503 Test: atest VtsHalWifiSupplicantStaIfaceTargetTest Change-Id: Ic35eccaefab067b5c0a702e33434484da3d0df20
