Update GnssAssistance AIDL to match framework changes. - Merge BeidouAlmanac, GalileoAlmanac, GpsAlmanac, QzssAlmanac into GnssAlmanac. - Change the unit of some fields in KeplerianOrbitModel from semi-circles to radians. - Add a comment to clarify that the week number in SatelliteEphemerisTime is without rollover.
