Handle logical camera devices properly - HighPriorityCameraClient test case is not executed against logical camera devices because clients are not allowed to change camera parameters via logical cameras. - CameraStreamExternalBuffering test case closes logical camera device explicitly, to avoid any influence on following test scenarios.
