ramdump: Add rules for calling ReadDefaultFstab() Add the complete set of policies needed to call ReadDefaultFstab() and read the /vendor/etc/fstab. Bug: 181110285 Test: Verify ramdump works on Pixel. Test: Verify ramdump fails in DSU due to the userdata block device being replaced by userdata_gsi.
