Use the test version of the aconfig flagging library in libinput This means we can avoid adding the flagging library as a separate shared dependency of libinput wherever libinput is used. Bug: 304574138 Test: build, atest inputflinger_tests Change-Id: I1b14554c410baf0f8d020ddf314f1b38365e3b16
