Introduce feature flag for UiAutomation inject event test/hidden APIs UiAutomation#injectInputEvent and UiAutomation#injectInputEventToInputFilter hidden/test API should be deprecate in favor of UinputDevice, HidDevice, and InjectInputInProcess for in-process input event injection.
