CursorInputMapper: tidy up the tests
Mostly, use Each matchers for repetitive checks on NotifyMotionArgs, but
also use the aliases for AMOTION_EVENT_ACTION_* constants and use a
WithRelativeMotion matcher in one case where it had been missed.
