Use VsyncEventData in DisplayEventReceiver::Event.

Clean-up that re-uses VsyncEventData so it's easier to maintain.
The ParcelableVsyncEventData is used in AIDL. It is separated from
VsyncEventData because of the union in
DisplayEventReceiver::Event and Parcelable has non-trivial
constructors.
