Set AID_SYSTEM, AID_ROOT in fuzzService Updating fuzzService to pick the UIDs from AID_ROOT, AID_SYSTEM and other ranges. Services check for particular UIDs and this can help bypassing the UID checks. Bug: 291099142 Test: atest fuzz_service_test Change-Id: I4f83369fb36f9f6246ebbbaa74e16fadb34e627e
