binder: Add std::vector<bool> specialization to SafeInterface Adding this to support migration and enhancement of IGraphicBufferProducers and IGraphicBufferConsumers. We'd ideally use AIDL, but we can't migrate until all the users of these raw binder classes are no longer using them.
