Move utility functions related to isFromSource to Input.h
Moving following function to a common file to avoid duplication.
1. isStylusHoverEvent
2. isFromMouse
3. isFromTouchpad
4. isFromDrawingTablet
5. isHoverAction
6. isMouseOrTouchpad
