SF: Move DisplaySurface into CompositionEngine
The CompositionEngine now provides the interface for a DisplaySurface.
For the moment SurfaceFlinger still provides implementations, but those
may be moved into CompositionEngine too.
Test: atest libsurfaceflinger_unittest libcompositionengine_test
