Add some /proc files to bug reports. /proc/cpuinfo is useful for knowing which CPU features are enabled on the target. /proc/meminfo is useful for getting an idea of total memory consumption at the time of the bug report. Bug: 269515026 Change-Id: I72bc3270189799061876cd6b26e59f2a53d625da
