Migrate and clean up methods of ISurfaceComposer Convert FrameTimelineInfo to aidl parcelable. Add Color, DisplayDecorationSupport and DisplayedFrameStats parcelables. Remove the following methods: authenticateSurfaceTexture, setFrameRate and setFrameTimelineInfo, which alway retrun errors for BLAST. Ramp up error handling.
